    "content": " Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I beg to reply. (a) The Ministry has allocated and disbursed Kshs25,293,320 for special education in Nakuru Town Constituency since the Financial Year 2003/2004 to date. The two schools which received the funds were Nakuru Hill School for the Mentally Handicapped and Menengai School for the Deaf. (b) The funds have been used for the following activities:- (i) Buying of food and rations for pupils. (ii) Paying of workers. (iii) Purchase of specialized learning and teaching material. (iv) Construction of classes and dormitories."
