    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I wish to bring to the attention of the Assistant Minister that this problem is not confined in Kirinyaga District only. Maragua District is the third largest producer of horticultural produce in this country. It is only after Machakos and Meru Central districts. We know that horticultural produce is the number one export for Kenya. However, when you go back to where the produce comes from, you cannot explain the discrepancy. Is he telling us that he is not able to take steps that can control the mechanisms and systems that ensure that farmers get their due share of their hard-earned produce?"
