    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, we have had similar problems with regard to financial institutions. Pyramid schemes have raked in billions of shillings from poor Kenyans. Here we have a similar case in which poor farmers are being deprived of their income. The Government is just sitting advising them to sell their products through organised societies. Why can the Government not move in and recover the loot that has been taken away from the poor farmers?"
