It is a fact that there is a lot of disparity when it comes to uplifting the girl child education. This starts right from Class One to university. When you look at the girls who are pursuing medicine, their number is ultra vires . When you look at the number of girls who are pursuing law degrees, you will find that the ratio of girls to boys is 1:20. These children are being discouraged because they come from poor families and they are not able to pursue higher education. For us to seal this gap, I strongly feel that we should support this Motion by Prof. Mango.
