    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the CDF Account Managers are employees of the NMC. They will be funded directly from the amount of money allocated for the operations of the NMC. So, they will not occasion any expenditure at the constituency level. They can only help in reducing the cost at the constituency level, including monitoring and all that. So, you do not need to worry about their cost in terms of their salaries. All they need is an office and equipment, which are provided by Parliament. So, all you need to do is to allocate them where to sit so that they can work for you. It can only get better."
