    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Minister has confirmed that in quite a number of constituencies, we had working arrangements with the managers and the committees were working very well. Before these CDF Account Managers were appointed, most of our work was demonised as if nothing was working out properly. So, these managers have been appointed against a backdrop of insinuation and innuendo. Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, could the Minister ensure that there are positive aspects of this CDF that is going on in many constituencies? If there have been problems, these are very few. They are not very many. We want these people to come and work with existing committees so that they do not appear as if they intend to replace them. They should work with the committee, particularly where work is going on very well. They should work closely with the existing committees. Could the Minister confirm that?"
