    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I would like to thank the Assistant Minister for that answer. I remember that, when this Question came up last time, he refused to answer it. He has 4124 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES September 25, 2007 answered this Question more than seven times! I thank him for the stand he has taken; not to give the same answer he had given previously. I appreciate the answer he has given. However, I would like to know who is doing the job and when it will end. He should be specific about when this work will commence instead of just saying it will be done during this financial year."
