    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, I wish to oppose. It is really a sad day for this country again. I said this on 30th August, 2011, and I was vindicated. Yesterday, all the hon. Members of Parliament spoke in support of employing more teachers. They accused the Government and the Executive for failing to provide money for the employment of teachers. I am sad today that the same Parliament has decided to deny the children of this country an opportunity to have more teachers. I also want to go on record that even the members of the military that we are talking about have children who go to school and would want their children in classes."
