The attention of the Chair having been drawn to the lack of quorum in the House, and the bell having been rung for the prerequisite five minutes, and having realised no quorum so far, the Chair has no alternative but to adjourn the proceedings of today. The House, is therefore, adjourned until tomorrow, Wednesday 26th September, 2007, at 9.00 a.m. The House rose at 5.05 p.m."
