But having listened to the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance say that he has got good plans for the teachers, that we all support, as parents of children, I want to urge the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance that when he enters into the negotiations with these teachers to consider hiring those teachers immediately. Since he will come to this House during his Supplementary Estimates, he hires them immediately and issue them with letters of permanent employment, continue paying them and when we pass the Supplementary Estimates, you pay them in arrears."
