    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I would like to support the amendment by the Committee, because we know of cases where people employ Kenyans, then they run away and leave the company they had, to other people, and it is said that those other people are not responsible any more. Yet there are employees who have not been paid for a long time. I do not understand why the Minister would oppose such a noble amendment by the Committee. I beg to support and urge other hon. Members to support this amendment by the Committee."
