    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 7 of the Bill be amended in Subclause (2) - (a) by deleting the word \"may\" appearing in the first line and substituting therefor the word \"shall\"; (b) in paragraph (b) - (i) by deleting the words \"Chief Justice\" appearing in the first line and substituting therefor the word \"President\"; (ii) by deleting the word \"assignment\" appearing in the first line and substituting therefor the word \"appointment\"."
