"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the Minister did not come up very clearly. I agree that he wants to remove these powers from himself. However, he cannot say that the Commissioner of Labour is so busy and yet he giving him special powers now. He shall also be secretary. Much as I support the idea that the Minister should have so much powers, we must now realise that you are giving the Commissioner of Labour all these powers; including the power to be the secretary of the National Labour Board."
