"content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, both in the Bill and the amendment, there is proposed to have judges appointed in the normal manner by the President on the advice of the Judicial Service Commission. However, there is a creation of a judge titled \"Principal Judge\". If there is a principal judge, one would expect that there should be a deputy. Why is it that the Minister has now deleted the clause that provided for a Deputy Principal Judge? The amendment is good, but I am wondering, is it fair to have a principal who does not have a deputy?"
