    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the Bill be amended by deleting Clause 13 and substituting therefor the following new clause - 13.(1) A judge of the Industrial Court shall be appointed by the President on the advice of the Judicial Service Commission. (2) A judge of the Industrial Court shall hold office until the judge - (a) retires; (b) resigns from office; (c) is removed from office by operation of the law; or, (d) dies."
