    "content": " Mr. 4112 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES September 20, 2007 Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, Clause 21 of the Bill be amended- (a) by deleting the words \"National Labour Court\" wherever they appear and substituting therefor the words \"Industrial Court;\" (b) by deleting Subclause (3) and substituting therefore the following new sub- clauses- (3) A judge of the Industrial Court may admit members of the Press to any proceedings before the court. (4) Where a member of the Press is admitted to any proceedings referred to in Subsection (3), the member of the Press shall publish a fair and accurate report or summary of the proceedings: Provided that a member of the Press shall not publish any comment in respect of the proceedings or the evidence in the proceedings until the award, judgement or order of such proceedings has been published in accordance with the provisions of this Act. (c) by renumbering Sub clauses (4) and (5) as Sub clauses (5) and (6) respectively."
