    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the clause says:- \"Provided that a member of the Press shall not publish any comment in respect of the proceedings or the evidence in the proceedings---\" We have seen even cases of divorce, rape and so on and the Press would publish the evidence given. People would then comment. An advocate appearing would make a comment that what you are saying is not correct. For instance, he could say, \"you were not sacked on that day\". The Minister is saying that the Press may not publish a comment like that one. Here, we are actually gagging the Press."
