    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I want to applaud the Minister for agreeing to withdraw that proviso. However, I want the Minister to give us an assurance with regard to Clause 21(3) in the original Bill, which also deals with the same matter. It states:- \"No comment shall be published in respect of the proceedings or the evidence before an award, judgement or order has been delivered on the matter at issue.\" That, again, is on the same question of Press freedom. This is a very important matter because it is part of our Constitution. We are talking about freedom of expression and freedom of the Press. Could the Minister kindly confirm that it is clear that this particular clause is also not going to be part of the Bill? I am not sure whether it is being amended as well."
