    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I think we understand the policy of the Government. At the moment, even those who are housed in Government houses have to pay a certain amount of rent to the Government. Many health workers find that the rent they pay for Government houses is much more than what they would pay for houses of private developers. This has led to a situation where there are quite a number of hospitals in this country where even Government houses that are available are not being occupied. This is because of the high rent that is being charged that was assigned from the Ministry of Roads and Public Works."
