    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, I have said clearly that this is a French Government funded project. Therefore, it is a turnkey project. All that he can ask is how much all those projects are going to cost. I do not have the breakdown of how much each project in particular area is costing. It will be done, if so required. However, I can assure him the breakdown will not be like we could say that the Government of Kenya gave Kenya Power and Lighting Company Kshs5 million for this market or Kshs2 million for that a market, because everything, including transformers, will be purchased together for the projects."
