In Bomet, there is a contract which was issued in the last financial year, but up to now, it has not been completed. Our people have been reminded of an incident which happened in Kipipiri, where some poles were brought on site, but when the people did not vote in a particular manner, the poles were taken away. What is the Minister doing about those contractors who have just put up poles, but who have not completed the project?"
