    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, the thrust of his question was that it might be another Kipipiri. That is why I want to assure him that he is very safe, and that we should continue with that good relationship. However, it is true that we have projects all over the country, which have not taken off because of one reason or another other. It might be due to shortage of materials or inefficiency of the contractors. It would, however, be good for us, as a Government, to implement those projects in the shortest time possible, so that they can give us political mileage. So, I want to assure the House that we shall do everything possible to ensure that we complete the project."
