We should not allow a body like this one to work on suspicion because some human beings suspect others in their dreams. If somebody just dreamt that you acquired your property wrongly and appoints a receiver, by the time you go to court to prove that you acquired it legally, the receiver might have disposed of your property to recover the money that you are suspected to have stolen. How will you get back your property? This House cannot make laws and empower certain human beings to operate the courts. Otherwise, where are we going? Are we leading in the name of fighting corruption? We want to end up being dictators or people in power directing others what to do. With those few remarks, I beg to second."
