    "content": "As we go for recess, I have three issues to raise. First of all, I think that the Government has failed Kenyans on the issue of the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs). Now, we are in the fourth year and these people are still in the camps. I take this opportunity to challenge the Government to take this issue very seriously. Let them go out and sort out the genuine and the fake IDPs. Let all the genuine IDPs be resettled. If there are pretenders, then they can be moved from the camps."
