    "content": "Madam Temporary Deputy Speaker, it is also painful to see that in the northern part of our Republic people are dying because of drought and famine, yet in the Central Province and South Rift, farmers’ produce is rotting in the shambas . Surely, if the Government is serious on this issue, it should not be importing food. I have a feeling that Kenyans are capable of producing enough food to sustain themselves. So, let them sit down and see how the food in the southern and central Kenya can be taken to our brothers and sisters in the North Eastern Province."
