    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I oppose this amendment because it is really for the sake of continuity. Even under our Constitution, it is stated that the President shall hold office for five years, but at the end of the five years, we have to wait until he hands over to a newly elected person. Otherwise, at times you can have a vacuum, which you cannot fulfil if, somehow, the newly elected person is not there to take over at that time. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, so, both the amendment to the First Schedule, which relates to the Director and the amendment to the Second Schedule, which relates to members of the Advisory Board are actually there for the sake of continuity."
