    "content": "On a point of order, Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir. I need your guidance here. If you look at Section 1, there is a clear timeframe provided for in the Second Schedule in terms of the process of appointing members to the Advisory Board. The timeframe is such that it ensures that there will be no extension beyond the five years. So, that way, Section 2(1) is actually complied with. Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, there would be no reason, if the timeframe is adhered to, as stipulated under Section 1, to go beyond the five years.
