    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the provisions relating to the Public Officer Ethics Act be amended - b) by deleting the proposed Section 30A. The proposed Section 30A reads:- \"Each responsible commission shall prepare and submit to the Minister a return of all declarations or clarifications made under this Act within a period of three months.\" We want to delete this thing, because it is very dangerous. Suppose your Minister is your enemy, what will happen? He will kill you!"
