    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the provisions relating to the Public Officer Ethics Act be amended- By deleting the proposed amendment to Section 35(3). Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, the proposed amendment to Section 35(3) reads:- \"Delete the word \"Commission\" and insert the words \"responsible Commission or the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission.\" This is for the same reason because it is the Commission that employs you that is responsible for your character. Using the words \"or the Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission\" is actually empowering the KACC to interfere with other commissions. I beg to move."
