    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move:- THAT, the provisions relating to the Sexual Offences Act be amended by inserting the following new amendments in proper numerical sequence:- Section 5(1)(b) Insert the words \"into or\" immediately after the words \"genital organ\". Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, this is to include oral sex as a method in which one can commit a sexual offence.
