    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I rise to support this amendment. This amendment could not have come at a better time than today. There have been two cases where a smart lawyer has argued that, in view of the Sexual Offences Act, all the offences that were being tried under the Penal Code have been annulled. Therefore, this clarifies the position; that those prosecutions that are currently going on are legal and they should be brought to their logical conclusion. This basically clarifies the law."
