    "content": " Mr. Temporary Deputy Chairman, Sir, I beg to move that the Schedule which incorporates the National Assembly Remuneration Act (Cap. 5) be read a Second Time. THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended - (a) by inserting the following new amendment - The National Assembly Second Insert the following new item Remuneration Schedule and corresponding entry Act (Cap.5) immediately after the entries relating to item 4. 5. Every Member A severance of the National allowance Assembly at the rate of Kshs300,000 for every year in service. As you all know, this was the recommendation of the Cockar Committee that was approved by this House."
