    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, I want to congratulate hon. Members for passing this Act, and also say that it is not fair to demonise hon. Members. The Attorney- General is here and so is the Minister for Justice and Constitutional Affairs. Let them use the existing laws to prosecute thieves in this country. Let them not hide behind the so-called Kenya Anti-Corruption Commission (KACC) to try to hurt people who are merely expressing differing opinions from those of the Government. Thank you very much."
