People would never cultivate along the rivers. But in the recent past, this has become a very serious issue. I have seen it my constituency. Even if you try to inform the relevant authorities, no action is taken. This is because the Ministry does not have officers to execute the policies that are pro-environment. Could the Minister consider using the chiefs to execute this important mandate before he involves the stakeholders?"
