Kenya, monkeys and elephants suffer downstream in the Ewaso Nyiro area. This river used to reach Lorian Swamp, but I do not think it passes beyond Isiolo. This is an issue that should be dealt with by an inter- September 12, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3825 Ministerial committee.
