    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, I would only want to tell the House that the problem is even more serious. With temperature rise, the glaciers on Mt. Kenya are drying up, and therefore, the water in streams will reduce. I really want to appeal to everybody to plant trees in large numbers. We, as a nation, have to go back and conserve our areas.
