    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the Government is taking into consideration all those who participated in the struggle to free us from the colonial rule. At the moment, for the information of the House, the Government is spending almost Kshs60 million to put up a mausoleum, a library and a gallery for the hero, Koitalel arap Samoei. That one does not come from Central Province! Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, recently, we went to Rusinga Island to take over the mausoleum of the late hon. Tom Mboya! We have also been honouring Mekatilili wa Menza from Malindi. So, I request my colleagues to actually open their minds and read widely in order to know what the Government is doing. Thank you."
