    "content": "Thank you, Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir. This is a very important Motion. You will remember that when I was moving it last week, I said that I wanted to appeal to the Government to take strategic steps, without victimising anybody, in order to address this very important issue. You will remember that the list I tabled here sometime last week from the Kenya Revenue Authority showed that there was some skewed manner in which employment was done in that department. A casual glance at the Government records shows disparities. Look at the Office of the President's staffing. People from one particular region took charge of very good Ministries, very powerful Ministries, parastatals and departments. Ministries which are heavily funded are given to people from one particular region."
