    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, the education system in this country has been left open, so that everybody participates in acquiring education and knowledge to compete fairly with each other. If we propose a Select Committee of Parliament today, what that Committee will do is to make the politics of this country more divided than they are today. It is going to be headed by politicians who will not have balanced minds in terms of tribal considerations. Therefore, this Motion has already been overtaken by events. That is why I raised a point of order. The proposed Select Committee is supposed to report to the House by September, 2007. I believe that the notice of this Motion was given some few months back. While moving, the Mover ought to have amended the Motion to read \"before Parliament is dissolved\"."
