    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have asked this Question because most of the people who are arrested in Teso District, even for very petty offences, are transported all the way to Busia or Bungoma districts. In the process, at times road accidents occur and these people die. Malaba Town Council has a hall which can be used as a court. Could the Assistant Minister send some judges and magistrates there, so that most cases can be heard at the Malaba Town Council hall, instead of taking people to Bungoma or Busia districts?"
