    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, that is a very good question. May I just assure this House that the Judiciary has a long-term plan, especially with regard to the newly created districts. It is not just the Judiciary Department, but many other Government departments have not been constructed in the newly created districts. We would want to go into it next year. Like I have said, we will give priority to places like Teso District, where people have to travel for long distances. We will move to those districts to solve the problems that exist."
