    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the question of the backlog of cases is a matter that we have, in fact, discussed at length, even in this House. We answered a similar Question two weeks ago. This House, indeed, has taken the most significant step, which is to amend the law to increase the number of judges who can be appointed. I want to thank this House because with the Statute Law (Miscellaneous Amendments) Bill, we expect more judicial officers to be appointed. This will go a long way as one of the measures to ease the backlog of cases amongst other measures that we have outlined in the House."
