    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I appreciate the fact that the Ministry of Energy is one of those Ministries which are run in a level-headed manner. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I have been travelling around the country and I realised that many projects are stalled because there are electricity poles on site, but there are no cables crossing from one pole to another. Is the Kenya Power and Lighting Company (KPLC) experiencing a shortage of materials needed for the supply of electricity? We would like to see these projects go on well."
