    "content": "Mr. Deputy Speaker, Sir, it may be true that some staff were reluctant to leave which is historical. Whenever there are some changes, some people can be very reluctant. I am informed that the staff who are reluctant to move were not even there in 2005. So, it is possible that it is out of ignorance. If you look at the Strategic Plan of 2005, for example, you will see this decision was made much earlier. However, because of the shortage of lecture rooms in the campus, they were not able to implement what was decided in 2005. The reason the decision is being made right now is because of the delinking of the college as well as the blessing of the building which was constructed with the assistance from the World Bank."
