I want to know how much of this money the Minister intends to use to encourage the growth of industry, and to expand its growth in this country, because that is the way to go to create employment for our youth. I talk to a lot of industrialists in this country, who seem to think that the laws, licences and the non-caring Government are making them scared of coming to Kenya, or to even expand their industries."
