In the rural areas, like in my place, there exists some loose groups of Kenyans under an umbrella called: Futa Magendo . It is a network of sorts. I want to know whether this sum is ever likely to spread out to such networks in the villages. We do not want to assume that corruption is only around Integrity Centre and the Port of Mombasa. Has anything been proposed within this sum to go and assist some of those networks in the fight against corruption?"
