    "content": "Under the circumstances, I am inclined to believe that this answer is not adequate; the Chair will defer this Question to a time convenient to the Minister. In the meantime, the relevant Committee is going to undertake the necessary investigations, so that we have a situation that is essentially good for the country. We will also have the university, which is one of the oldest universities in the country. So, I direct that this Question appears on the Order Paper at the time when the Minister will feel that she will have, probably, more information; she will undertake more consultations and the Committee will also have done enough. Madam Minister, when do you think we can have this Question again on the Order Paper at your convenience?"
