I wrote a letter to the September 11, 2007 PARLIAMENTARY DEBATES 3821 Director of KWS with a copy to the Minister and there was not even a courtesy of a reply. It is now over six weeks. Could the Minister take charge? This KWS is under the Minister and it is not right for him to tell me that he also spoke to the Director of KWS. They have not been there and I have not even had the courtesy of a reply. Could the Minister take action immediately because human beings are more important that these monkeys?"
