    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, in 2003, when free primary education was introduced by the Government, it targeted the poor people. Specifically in my case, it was an incredibly noble idea by the Government to try and create equal opportunities for everybody. In my constituency, there has been a 97 per cent increase in girls' enrolment and 57 per cent in boys'. Pupils have flocked to schools from all the villages across the board. Due to the current drought, we are having totally unmanageable classes."
