    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, the Government does not provide services just to ask for votes. It is the responsibility of the Government to provide the service with or without the votes. My Ministry is aware that the heavy traffic to Kisumu has been deviating to Kapsoit-Sondu Road on account of the current condition of the Sondu-Ahero Road which will also be repaired separately under the Fuel Levy Fund. We all understand that the roads have been in poor state for a very long time. The current Government is doing a lot to put the roads in good condition."
